In other words, the file cannot be viewed directly in the preview mode, but it is a part of your page. With this function, you do not need additional FTP programs to upload this file.
For example, if you would like to add a favicon to your website, first select Html code or script code from the Insert menu, type or paste the code below in the Html Editor window:

Then, you should upload the "favicon.ico" to your web hosting.
To insert a publish file to a web page:
1. Select Insert > Add-ons > Publish File...
2. Click the Add button, and select the file you want to publish from your hard drive.
