The example form is a standard email form. By default, when a visitor fills out the form and clicks the submit button, the default browser tells him it's sending the data via email, and then sends it automatically (without opening up a mail client).
To add an email form:

1. Select Insert > Form > Example - Email Form.

2. A form and a set of form elements appear. Double click the form (a picture named form), replace contact_us07@yahoo.com with your own email address in the action box.

3. Click Ok.

If you want a more powerful email form which suits your needs, you need a server side script like FormMail.cgi or find some form server provider. You should contact your web host for instructions on how to access their server side programs and if they provide such .cgi program.
